  • 1  cups United Dairy skim milk, or 1% low fat milk
  • 1/2 cup sliced banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sweet cocoa powder, optional

How to

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder, if desired, and enjoy your peanut butter banana milkshake.
