- 1 cups United Dairy skim milk, or 1% low fat milk
- 1/2 cup sliced banana
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Sweet cocoa powder, optional
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
